Ombre'/Powder

The ombre' powder technique will create an even fuller, powdery looking brow, similar to the polished look you have when filling in your brows with powder at home. Thousands of dots of custom blended, hypo-allergenic pigment can cover up old brows, lost brows and bald spots. Those with oily skin especially love this service due to makeup wearing off quickly. This look provides additional soft definition to beautifully accentuate your eyes, and is especially helpful to those with oily skin.

Eyebrow microblading and ombre' mixed techniques got its start in Asia, recently exploded in Europe and is currently one of the hottest beauty trends in the United States, being touted by celebrities and covered recently in publications like Marie Claire, Allure, InStyle, Cosmopolitan and Elle. I am not new to the trend however, I have perfected this technique and offer my clients the best of the best in the brow world. This technique is by far my personal favorite!

How many treatments are needed?

In most cases, only the initial microblading/cosmetic tatooing treatment followed by the touch-up at 6-8 weeks is needed. If your cosmetic tattoo does not heal perfectly after the first session, do not worry because this is why this is a two(possibly 3+) session procedure. if you have extremely oily skin, a smoker, or out in the sun frequently you may need touch-ups more often throughout the year.  Final results CANNOT be guaranteed as each skin type will hold pigment differently and break down at different rates. Additional sessions will be charged according to our current pricing.

Touch Up (Color Boost) 60-90 Minutes

What can I expect at my microblading/tattooing appointment?

The client will be given a consent form to read over, discuss, and sign. Pictures will be taken before and after the procedure. I will then map out the shape of the eyebrow/liner/lips that best suites the clients face and eye shape. Both client and I examine, discuss and change shape of the outline, if necessary. Then I will apply a topical anesthetic to the procedure area for about 25 minutes. During the numbing process, a color consultation will take place.  The process of the microblading/tattooing will then take place by implanting the pigment with the manual/automatic machine tool. Also, during the microblading/tattooing, a secondary numbing gel is applied throughout to help minimize discomfort. An ointment will be applied after the procedure is finished. The process takes between 120-150 minutes.

What is the healing process for brows?

The complete healing process takes about 6-8 weeks, at which time the true color and shape of the tattoo is evident. Immediately following the treatment, the color will appear bold and dark, with more sharply defined lines for the first 7-10 days. After that, clients could lose up to 30-40% of the color intensity which will result in a more natural-looking brow. Swelling and redness is minimal with most clients, and will most likely subside within 24-48  hours. The area will become itchy due to your skin's natural way of healing itself. Small scabs will form within a couple of days and should slough off naturally leaving the new skin and tattoo underneath shiny. DO NOT pick or rub the area. Please be patient and wait the full 6-8 weeks until the healing process is over. Before the 6 weeks, it may seem like the pigment has been lost but the skin can regenerate the pigment up until 6-8 weeks. Any changes to color or additions to shape can be made at your touch-up appointment.
Brows are a two part process, and will require both sessions before seeing the final outcome. Brows are sisters, not twins and patience is needed during the healing process and between the initial session and follow-up session.

How long does microblading/ombre/hybrid Brows & Cosmetic Tattooing last?

*Please note that all results CANNOT be guaranteed. Everyone has a dominate brow and adjustments may be required at the follow-up session to address final shape and color. Every client has different skin types that will hold the pigment differently and break down at different rates. Because I have NO control over what occurs during the healing process, additional sessions may be needed after the touch up appointment to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply in these rare cases.
Microblading/Tattooing will fade over time and may need a touch-up every 1-2 years. There are many factors that come into play with how frequent a client needs to come back for a touch-up, which are: pigment color used (lighter pigments tend to fade faster), sun exposure of the area, iron deficiency, and the frequency of exfoliants or chemicals that come in contact with the area. Clients with dry skin tend to have more crisp hair like strokes than a client with oily skin who tend to have a blurred "filled-in" look. This is another reason for the touch-up, when the artist can re-evaluate how the clients skin has received the pigment and make changes as needed.

Hyaluron Lip

&

Facial Filler

Starts at $350 Depending on Service

What is Hyaluron Pen

This is the latest trend and the NATURAL alternative to synthetic facial fillers. If you shy away from needles this could be the answer, for people who have a needle phobia and are looking to Plump Lips, Cheeks and reduce the depth of Lines and Wrinkles. This NO NEEDLE Hyaluronic Filler Pen treatment is an affordable pain free option. Filler with the needle can be very painful. There is bleeding and bruising involved not to mention the trauma to the skin from the needle can actually cause scar tissue!

The Hylaron pen uses  pressure to deliver hyaluronic acid into the skin. The ingredients rejuvenate and lift the skin, providing hydration and stimulating collagen production leaving lips plump and wrinkles filled in.

The Hyaluron filler treatment re hydrates the skin. There is little or no pain, clients describe the sensation as similar to very slight pins and needles and there is no recovery time.

What is Hyaluronic Acid

A natural sugar found in the human body, Hyaluronic Acid is the main structural element of connective tissue. It’s function is to attract water and keep skin hydrated, plump and youthful. As we age, the body decreases the amount of Hyaluronic Acid and collagen fibers. They dry up and become thinner, resulting in loss of hydration and elasticity. This causes skin to sag and wrinkles to form by adding hyaluronic acid into the skin we revive the collagen and promote a fresher, plumper effect. As the human body creates Hyaluronic Acid naturally it is impossible to be allergic to it. Of course that’s keeping in mind that the product being used is pure, sterile, with no added buffers, or from animals!

How Does it Work

Hyaluron Pen is a rather simplistic device that generates enough pressure to launch Hyaluronic acid mixture into human skin. This service is considered to be little or no pain, in some cases the sensation is described as pins and needles.

Difference between the Hyaluron Pen and needle filler injections?

Needle fillers are injections that can have a large effect on the overall look of the human face. The thicker the filler is, the deeper it is injected and the larger and usually also permanent the effect is. When it comes to Hyaluron Pen the fillers that can be used are more liquid less dense and can only be inserted to the upper layer of dermis – Papillary dermis by a pressurized pen, not a syringe.

How long does this treatment last?

The results can last from 4-12 months, however clients lifestyle will have a factor in the longevity of this natural product. In areas that experience a lot of movement due to eating, talking, and smiling, the product may not last as long as other less active areas.

Recovery time

No recovery time is required, and clients can return to work, and carry out normal activities immediately ( except smoking for at least 10 hours after, unlike traditional fillers administered by traditional techniques. You are less likely to bruise but it can happen. There may be some slight swelling, redness, tenderness but only lasts for a few hours to 24/48 hours.

#1: Don’t expect initial fullness to stay the same.

Swelling and soreness after your filler treatment is completely normal and therefore the size of your lips or facial area swelling immediately after treatment is not a true reflection of the final result. Minor swelling can last between a few hours or day, possibly longer, depending on multiple factors.

#2: How to reduce swelling after fillers.

Be sure to follow the specific guidelines of your Cosmetic injector following your treatment.

  • Apply ice to treated area

  • Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water

  • Focus on eating healthy foods like fresh fruits & vegetables. The vitamins and minerals will assist with the healing process

Avoid:

  • Processed, spicy or fast foods

  • Heavy activity or exercise for the first two days after treatment

  • Excess salt – it makes you dehydrated!

  • Blood-thinning medications, including aspirin and ibuprofen (unless prescribed by your medical practitioner then please continue with these)

  • Smoking and smoke exposure

  • Do NOT have a facial, nor rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours after your treatment

  • Do NOT lie down or do strenuous exercise for three hours after treatment.

  • If lips were done avoid sexual activity

#3: Leave plenty of time for injectables prior to a big event, like a wedding.

Like everything associated with a big event, it’s all about planning! It’s always best to start a new treatment well before a big event. We recommend that you allow at least 2-3 weeks for your cosmetic injectable treatment to settle. If you’re a first time injectables client, we recommend 4 weeks prior to the event. Remember, every client is different, and results can vary between individuals.

Please be aware that some, though very few clients, experience a mild headache. You may take Tylenol or any natural remedy to help with this for pain relief
